Coaching sessions can be weekly, bi-weekly, or on a monthly basis for you the CEO, Program Director, or your direct care staff. The sessions 30 to 45 minutes per session, depending on your needs. You can choose month to month services or a 3,6,9 or 12 month contract. As a business coach I strive to truly  help you assess where you are right now and where you are trying to go. Then we will together create a step-by-step action plan to get you there.
